The Power of Maintenance

This client has been eating in maintenance.

She has found balance in her healthy lifestyle, is very consistent 80% of the time and leaves the other 20% for simple pleasures.

She works out 5 to 6 days a week doing CrossFit and/or running.

Please notice this:

Her weight has INCREASED

Her measurements have stayed the same (slight chest increase actually)

Yet, she looks like THIS now

This is a perfect example of why taking back power from the scale is so important to our goals and why we at AIM Nutrition Coaching use several markers of progress.

The work here goes unnoticed by someone who sees themselves every single day but the power of consistency is too great to not offer change.
