"I started AIM about 6 months ago and have seen the most results since I started my weight loss journey. About 2 ½ years ago, I decided to make a change with my eating and fitness. I lost about 30lbs doing a semi-personal training program and stuck on a yo-yo diet cycle. After about a year, I felt like I had hit a dead-end and would fluctuate within 10lbs. My biggest issue was I would be hungry and would supplement with “cheat days” ... every Saturday.

After starting at Wildland CrossFit, I spoke with a few members about my fitness goals and each person recommended signing up for AIM. So, this past February, I took a leap and signed up! One of the initial questions was what was my fitness goal? Well, at this point my goal felt obvious… I wanted to lose weight. I had never counted macros before and initially, it felt intimidating, but with the help of my coach Heather, she helped me ease into it. She gave me guidelines and would help me adjust along the way.

I am so thankful for my coach and my check-ins. There is accountability, a support system, and such a shared knowledge base.

I have seen such tremendous results in a little amount of time. A year ago, I could not jump rope and now I can hold my own on single jump ropes and I am now working on double-unders, and I have also just recently been able to do box jumps, GHD’s, and handstands.

Coach Heather is always pushing me outside my comfort zone to try the next thing. Since starting AIM, I have lost inches and the numbers have dropped on the scale, but most importantly- I have gained confidence and that has been invaluable.” - Jess G.
