Taco Soup

Here is our favorite taco soup recipe! Quick to throw together on a busy week night and easy to have all ingredients on hand with using these pantry staples. Using one pan makes clean up quick and it’s easy to double the recipe so that you have leftovers for days of lunches!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef (we used 93/7)

2 cans beans, drained and rinsed

2 cans corn

1 can petite diced tomatoes

1 can tomato sauce

3 T taco seasoning

1 can green chilis *optional

Instructions:

Brown ground meat in large pan over medium-high heat. Add all ingredients and stir to combine until warmed through or throw all ingredients in the crockpot and let it simmer on low all day. If you have the macros to spare, serve with tortilla chips, sour cream/greek yogurt, avocado, or shredded cheese.
