Slow Cooker Beef Stew

 
 

Our hearty macro-friendly beef stew is loaded with vegetables, super tender meat, and packed with flavor. It’s family dinner perfection to dig into this classic comfort food after a long day.

Ingredients:

2 pounds stew meat

5 oz. carrots, diced

4 oz. celery, diced

16 oz. russet potatoes, diced

7 oz. yellow onion, diced

3 tsp minced garlic

3 cups beef broth

1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

1 tsp dried rosemary

1 tsp paprika

2 bay leaves

1/4 cup flour

Directions:

Spray a crockpot with cooking spray. Place meat, carrots, celery, potatoes, onion, and garlic in the bottom of the pot. Pour the broth and Worcestershire sauce over the top. Season with salt, thyme, rosemary, and paprika, then stir to combine. Place bay leaves on top. Cover with lid and cook 8-10 hours on low or 4-6 hours on high. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and 1/4 cup stew broth. Stir in flour mixture into the stew mixture. Cover and cook on high heat for an additional 30 minutes until thickened.
