Six tips for success

Committing to a nutrition program isn’t a test that you can pass or fail. It’s a process of finding what works for you and your goals, followed by the daily choices you make to succeed.

We totally get that there are obstacles along the way, so we’re sharing six tips that you’ll want to save for later.

Tip #1 - Buy smaller serving sizes of foods that are easier to overindulge in — think mini chocolate bars, mini ice cream sandwiches rather than pints, 100 calorie popcorn packs, etc.

Tip #2 - Buy everything unsweetened so you can tailor it to your taste and use whatever sweetener you prefer.

Tip #3 - Instead of adding cream or sour cream to recipes, swap for nonfat Greek yogurt for the same creamy texture.

Tip #4 - Add shredded zucchini or riced cauliflower to overnight oats for more volume, fiber and deliciousness.

Tip #5 - Divide snacks that aren’t individually portioned into servings right away. For example, break up a box of cookies into Ziplocs of two cookies.

Tip #6 - Sign up for one-on-one nutrition coaching. Our program is individualized to your needs. You’ll gain access to an app where you can track your progress, along with unlimited communication with your assigned coach!
