MEET MITCHELL

 

My fitness journey has been fairly consistent over the last 6+ years. Between crossfitting, running, hiking, and just living an active life. In doing those things I'm supposed to be ‘fit’ look ‘fit’ and feel ‘fit’. I thought I was to a degree, knowing very well I don't look like Crossfit Games athletes. I always just felt like those guys were just simply training harder, doing more volume, and just overall working harder in the gym, not completely taking diet into consideration. Amy has always been putting something in my ear about food, knowing that I didn't have the best eating habits but also not the worst. It was just knowing what to eat or how much to eat. She pointed me in the right direction with proper portions and making sure I eat enough. Definitely didn't use to weigh my food, track it, prep it and monitor progress or regress. Amy is an inspiration to me, she makes me want to work harder, do the right things when nobody is looking, holds me accountable. Every person she comes in contact with can't help but feel motivated and scared, scared to let her down because of how much good radiates from her. She truly cares and it shows how badly she wants to help you reach your goals. She never gave up on me. She won't give up on you, if there's anyone to give the keys to improve your life, physically, mentally, spiritually and literally. It's AIM.
