AIM is about setting goals, staying consistent, evolving, and finding a new you. If you have taken the time to listen to the CDA Advice Givers Podcast on @takeaimnutrition you will remember me speaking to my body and having a goal to make change. Today I decided to post my pictures of change.
It doesn’t matter your starting point or your goals, no one goal is better than another. AIM is focused on you finding the best YOU possible, not on you ‘getting your body back’ or targeting and replicating someone else’s body. AIM is about you transforming, creating, and utilizing your body so that it functions at it’s highest capacity, all while providing YOU self confidence and pride. Make the change, stop looking at other people’s bodies, performance, or life, instead, look at you and yours - be your own hero. Make changes in your life that allow you to say, “I want to have my body, my habits, my life.”
