Meet Liz

“I have been a personal trainer/coach for over 15 years, until I took a break from coaching to pursue stay-at-home mom life.

>>Fellow coaches and fitness professionals: It’s okay to admit that you know all the things to do, but need a motivator/coach for yourself, too!<<

My first time I hired a nutrition coach, it was after my daughter was born and after a bad car accident when she was a few months old. The car accident left me unable to lift and workout as hard as I used to and my old bad habits of trying to “out train” my eating habits were failing. Cue coach Sylvia, who helped rekindle my love of good food and a healthier mindset.

Then came baby three! This time needed a coach for a very different reason: to keep up my milk supply after losing weight and feeling great! You see, after my first baby, I struggled miserably with nursing and keeping up my milk supply because I’m a classic under-eater. My second baby only nursed about nine months. If my third baby was my last, I wanted to not struggle with supply and truly enjoy my nursing experience (side note: this is no way saying that bottle fed is bad-fed is best! But, I personally just loved nursing).

Here I am…I’ve gone 18 months of nursing! Straight through a crazy world, crazy busy life, stress, working out, and all while feeling great! AIM has been a valuable tool for me to regain my love of nutrition and equip me with the tools for all stages of life! Thanks to coach Sylvia, having a coach means having someone in your corner when you have good days and bad! Someone who encourages you and gives you a kick-butt game plan! I plan to inspire and encourage others to love their body in all stages of life and to look at food with a whole new mindset. This will be generational!”
