Macro-friendly Creamy Chimichurri

 
 

Our chimichurri is perfect for drizzling on pork, chicken, veggies, salads, or even jazz up your morning eggs. If you are anything like us, we make a large batch of this for the week ahead and add some of this garlicky goodness to ALL THE THINGS.

Ingredients:

1.5 cups fresh cilantro (stems and leaves)

1 cup fresh parsley (stems and leaves)

1 TBS dried oregano

2 cloves garlic

1/4 cup olive oil

2 TBS vinegar

3 TBS Greek yogurt

1.5 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor. Serve immediately, but stores well in the fridge for up to three days.
