Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs are quick, easy to peel, and are an egg-cellent protein source for breakfast on-the-go, snacks, and travel! ⁣ ⁣ 1. Place steam rack in the bottom of the Instant Pot.⁣ 2. Add 1/2 cup water.⁣ 3. Stack eggs (make sure they are not touching the sides of the pot).⁣ 4. Seal the lid and make sure the vent is closed. ⁣ 5. Choose MANUAL setting for 7 minutes.⁣ 6. Once finished, pressure release for 7 minutes. ⁣ 7. Remove from pot and soak in cold water. ⁣ 8. Once completely cooled, store in the refrigerator for up to one week.⁣
