Cocoa Coffee Banana Smoothie

We love PB2 or PBFit here at AIM. It's a great protein-rich add in and tastes delicious. It also helps us keep our fat in check if that is a focal point for some macro-counters. ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ This shake is super simple and very easy to control the proportions of protein-carb-fat. ๐Ÿฅค๐Ÿฅ›๐ŸŒโ˜•๏ธ We mixed almond milk with SFH protein powder, a frozen banana, and PB2. It is super simple but great for pre or post work out when you need a quick-digesting snack. It's also great for those later evening sweet-tooth cravings without blowing your carbs or fat.

We also love adding in frozen coffee ice cubes (freeze extra coffee in trays or popsicle molds) and flax for fiber and its many health benefits! Totally optional but very delicious!
