APPLE CRANBERRY BAKE


This maco-based flexible dieting lifestyle means you can enjoy a holiday with your family. You can enjoy that pie if you want with no guilt. But...if you are really committed to staying on track with your numbers for this holiday here is a dessert option that is light and filling.


Apple Cranberry Bake Recipe:


4 oz Pink Lady apples

.2 cup cranberries

2 tbsp Reddi Wip

1 tsp honey

.1 tsp pumpkin spice

This recipe is a single serving but, it would be easy to make 4-8 of these, too! You mix the fruit, spices, and honey then bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes until the mix is bubbly. You can top with granola and/or light whip cream depending on what your macros allow!
