150g Kirkland NonFat Greek Yogurt
100g finely diced cucumber
2 Tbls Lemon juice
2 Dorot Garlic cubes
Plenty of Salt (to taste)
Once you have combined all of the ingredients it is best to refrigerate for a couple hours to allow the flavors to immerse themselves into the yogurt!
