1 lb carrots sliced or chopped (however you prefer)
1 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp avocado oil
Place the carrots on a lined baking sheet.
Sprinkle seasonings and oil on the carrots.
Massage the oil into the carrots so they are all evenly coated.
Roast at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes or longer if you like softer carrots.
This is a very easy recipe to plug into MFP and you can easily divide it into 1/8s or 1/4s when you go to eat and record a serving.
