Recovery Bites

These recovery bites are the perfect combination of protein, carbs, and fats for a grab-and-go or post-workout snack. They are quick and easy to make and are totally customizable for a snack that the whole family loves!


256g organic peanut butter (crunchy or smooth)

52g honey

60g oats (gluten-free or regular)

31g whey protein

15g chia seeds

13g ground flax seed

35g mini chocolate chips

Splash of vanilla extract


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Shape the mixture into balls and place in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to eat! Makes twenty bites (23g each).


Protein: 6g, Carbs: 7g, Fat: 7g, Fiber: 2g.


Experiment with your own add-ins, including collagen (for added protein), raisins, nuts, coconut, and dried fruit.
