I started AIM with the goal of “wanting to look like I work as hard as I do.” Little did I know that my “looks” would become a fringe benefit in my fitness journey. I’ve tried a lot of different plans, diets, methods, but AIM Nutrition is the only one that’s taught me disciplined eating, provided accountability, bolstered my motivation and completely changed my mindset.
I am asked on a daily basis, “what are you doing?” And while my response ranges from “macros” to “not keto,” one thing remains... I am consistently consistent. I hit my numbers every single day. I’ve learned to be really honest with myself and to tell myself “no” when need be. I still eat cookies and pizza and all of my other favorite foods. I’ve just learned that moderation is key. And sometimes you bust your macros midday and have to eat a bowl of ground beef for dinner But you do what you have to do to get through.
