Aaron joined AIM in January 2019 and his hard work and consistency have resulted in some massive GAINS! 💪🏼 “Food has always been something I never put much thought into. I definitely indulged on the sweet parts of life more than I should have. I didn't understand what food was about, how it fuels the body and most of all finding balance in my food choices. AIM has taught me to include the foods I want in my goals which gives me sustainability. I initially started AIM with goals of hitting less than 10% body fat. This goal was achieved through many months of hard work, learning, support/encouragement and guidance with AIM. Consistency, really committing and trusting what AIM provided me was key for my success. Through all of this, goals are what continue to fuel me. AIM has taught me not only in food choices but goals in any part of your life can give you a sense of achievement. All of these decisions along the way setting goals, making the better food choice, declining the office doughnut or going to bed on time add up to your result.
