Macro-Friendly Pumpkin Donuts

 
 

These pumpkin donuts are one of those recipes that once you try it, you’re hooked! With just eight ingredients, these donuts are gluten-free and macro-friendly.

Donut Ingredients:

60g coconut flour

198g eggs

197g pumpkin puree

85g maple syrup

2 tsp pumpkin spice

2 tsp vanilla

2 tsp baking powder

Maple Butter Glaze Ingredients:

42g butter

40g maple syrup

Instructions:

Mix all donut ingredients together in a bowl. Bake at 350 degrees in a donut pan for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Melt butter and syrup together in a sauce pan. Drizzle maple butter over donuts once cooled.
