Macro-Friendly Meatball Subs

 
 

Our meatball subs have been a staple the past few weeks. Easy to meal prep a batch of meatballs and have on hand to throw together for lunches or quick dinner for busy nights.

Meatball Ingredients:

4 eggs

16oz. Italian chicken sausage

32oz. ground chicken

100g rolled oats

110g shredded parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients together and scoop into balls onto lined baking sheet. Cook at 425 degrees for 10-14 minutes (depending on size of meatballs). Serve 3 meatballs on toasted hoagie rolls with 30g of your favorite marinara sauce, 15g of mozzarella cheese, and grilled veggies (bell peppers and onions).
