Coach Anna’s favorite 4-ingredient energy ball recipe is her go-to for a nutrient-packed post-workout snack!

125g chocolate chips

300g oats

250g honey

270g peanut butter

Yields 30 balls.

Macros per 40g ball: P5 / C24 / F8

Mix it up depending on your macro needs by adding flax, chia seeds, raisins or dried fruit, chopped nuts, or collagen/protein powder!
