Beef and Broccoli
1 lb Cubed Beef Flank steak or Chuck 1 cup beef stock or bone broth 1/2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos 1 tsp minced garlic 1 cup yellow onion 1 tbs corn starch or cassava flour to thicken Add everything but onions to ziplock and marinate 12-24hrs. Then Sauté onion in InstantPot on Sauté mode with a spritz of a non-stick spray of your choice. Add the meat and garlic. Once the meat is slightly browned add the broth and soy sauce or aminos to warm. Remove a little of the hot broth liquid and add 1 Tbs of corn starch or cassava. Once this dissolves add back into meat. Set the instant pot on the meat setting for 10 minutes. Steam or Flash Broccoli so it is still crunchy! Serve the meat and broccoli together.
