ABOUT SCOTT

I started AIM because I wanted to lose weight and after a year of crossfit and working out 3 days a week I was down only 3 lbs from my heaviest weight. I needed help. What I found in AIM was a system that allowed me to leverage my strengths to meet my goals.

As my wife can confirm, I am a nerd... I love numbers and problem solving; now all of the sudden I had a system where I could hit my numbers and see the results I wanted. It was like an equation and suddenly I had control of the variables. I was using these tools to build habits that would not just see me at a low I had not seen in over a decade, but hold me at a weight I thought was impossible.

In having conversations with other AIM clients, or people considering AIM at the gym and in my community, I realized that the tools and tricks I had learned worked really well for me, but are not a one size fits all plan. AIM is about the individual journey, and as a coach I get the opportunity to leverage what I have learned, the collective experience of the AIM team, and the unique and powerful client and coach relationship to help other people change their trajectory.

This journey is an investment in yourself, and I'm really honored I get to come along for the ride.
