Consistency is Key

Consistency and energy balance are far more important than how many meals you eat each day, the supplements you take, or what time you eat your carbs.

CONSISTENCY in a calorie deficit is essential to fat loss.

CONSISTENCY in a calorie surplus is essential for putting on muscle mass if that is your goal.

Even if you know how much you should be eating to reach your specific goals, you probably won’t get there without consistency. If you are tracking your food, picking and choosing which meals or snacks to track will yield little to no results and adhering during the week only to go crazy on the weekend will only lead you to a frustrating cycle of restricting and binging.

No one wants to hear that moderation and consistency are the key, but they are. Often times our nutrition is a lot simpler than we make it out to be.
