The shift comes when you learn that self-love and worth are more important than instant gratification. Through learning about food and how foods benefit your body, you will evolve your habits and regain control. Consistency, a growth mindset, and the willingness to try is what it takes to bring balance into your life.

Who are you?

Let your coach know who you are through a self-reflection questionnaire. We ask you everything from what your goals are, what habits you currently have and want to change, to your personality and support system. 

TOOLS.

The MyFitnessPal app and AIM Spreadsheet are the two tools all AIM clients use to help them see their consistency, progress, and daily food choices. 

CHECK INS.

The key to the success of AIM clients. A day set aside for you to communicate with your coach about everything that took place in your week. From successes and struggles to questions and quandaries, this one-one email exchange is what holds you accountable and keeps you moving forward in your journey.

Phase 2 of AIM Nutrition Coaching is for the confident client. It is provided to the current AIM client that has consistently evolved as a person and an eater, after the requested 3 months of commitment.

Phase 2 was built to provide an AIM client the freedom to move away from constant macro counting, while still providing 1-1 support and knowledge throughout the month.
