Sheet Pan Protein Pancakes

These sheet pan pancakes are so easy to make and have 25g of protein per serving!

150g protein powder
275g Kodiak Cakes pancake mix
275ml milk (we used cashew milk)
1 egg
*mixed berries optional

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour into a pan coated with nonstick spray and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through. Cut into squares and top with berries and Greek yogurt or syrup.
