This combination of a ground toe to bar + pelvic raise is an awesome and simple lower ab workout that can be done at home or the gym.
1. Find something sturdy to grab on to 2. Keeping core engaged and legs straight lever your legs above your head 3. Once legs are above head raise your hips/pelvis off the ground and REACH UP! 4. Return to a hover off the ground and repeat
And feel the burn! It doesn't have to be fancy it just needs to get the job done.
