🚶🏾♂️🚶🏽♀️WALK 100m . If you’re not sure how far that is, then just pick two landmarks 🚏🚧 and sprint one way and walk the other!
💥.........💥 Want to add just ONE more piece to your Interval work😏??? (Of course you do... why? Because you’re a badass and you know it will get you even sweatier😅) Add a 5️⃣ min AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of:
5 Burpees 10 Push Ups 15 Air Squats
